Cutie Pie Boat

Photo Details

 | | This is the sample I made for Jeanne for her paper piecing challenge. I love paper piecing and as soon I saw this boat I knew I wanted to try this technique with it. Honestly it was easier than it looks. I used the new SU Cutie Pie paper which I am in love with! Even the water is Cutie Pie paper. I colored over the life preservers and windows with a white gel pen and the anchor with a copper glaze pen.
The little cat from You're Neat just cracks me up here with his doggie friends from LOL Accessories. Now that's friend-ship! LOL!!!
I hope you get to play lots of challenges during Dare to Get Dirty. If you're not a Fan Club member this would be an excellent time to become one to help support this wonderful site and also get to play along with us! See the story on the homepage. |
