After mulling the idea around in my head for 24 hours, I proceeded with execution. I just love when my end result turns out as cool as it was in my head.
I started with a straw colored cardstock and sponged on Aquamarine ColorBox Ink. I stamped some Impression Obsession Brocade in vanilla craft ink, Magenta leaves in Brilliance Pearlescent Crimson and the Snowflakes in Encore Metallic Gold Pigment ink. Then I covered the entire surface with Versamark and embossed with Iridescent Ice EP. The brocade sort of melted into the background, so I stamped it again in vanilla craft ink and embossed again. The ...forever stamp is by Penny Black in Maroon ColorBox Chalk ink.
I really love the subtle patterns and the shimmer. Thanks for the inspiration.
