I made this ATC for the second House Mouse swap put on by jlazarski.
The image, of course, is a house mouse but I wanted to do something "fun" with him. In one of the sets of Michael's $1 clear stamps, there is this tiny crown on a pillow - it's one of the sets with the colored packaging (purple for this set) and it was kindly set to me by planet43 when she heard that I could not find these stamps at my local Michaels (there really are kind people in the world!). So, I used my black marker and just inked up the crown (not the pillow it is sitting on) and then stamped it only my mouse. This was a bit difficult to do but I love the final result!!
The sentiment was also in the same set only it say "her" majesty so I just inked up Majesty (actully I think I cut the stamp in half) and hand-wrote "his".
I used some bling for the dot of the i in "his" and colored the image using my prismacolors and gamsol. Then I put this image on the most "royal" color I could find - Elegant Eggplant.
I have this awesome corner stamp that I picked up at the dollar store -- I love it and use it all the time!! I used versamark with it and then did some heat embossing with gold ep. I finihsed off the card with my gold pen around the edge.
I hope everyone likes this little fellow!! I sure had fun making him :-)

Very pretty. The gold adds a great touch.

This is absolutely adorable! He does look very important, in deed! I would have never guessed he was royalty (in the thread with your hints), as I was trying to think of a stamp set that showed him "looking important." LOL--got me on that one, but I just could n't wait to take a peek!! Thanks, Wiggy! Absolutely adorable! I love your work.
