The Background Paper is actually trash! I used it to blot some of my Ink, Spray and Smash paper yesterday! (It's Whisper White!)
I dry embossed circles onto the blotter sheet. Next, I heat embossed the flower in black and used reinkers and aqua painter to color it in.
I received some of the BLING rhinestones from Tropicalichick and my DSS, so I used them on the card!
The HPH is embossed in Black Detail powder.
I'm sending this to a REALLY good friend on SCS. She really "SPARKLES!"
