I love this card, inspired by something similar posted by Julia Stainton on 7/7/07 on her blog, Belle Papier. The front of the card is scored 3/4" from the end, and the eyelets are punched through the front and back of the card, creating a flap-hinge (Julia's brilliant idea!).
The main image is watercolored, and the edges are lightly distressed. I faux-stitched all the way past the ends of the image onto the mat. I also distressed a thin strip of CS to tuck under the blue pattern paper on the edge to make it stand out, and faux stitched along the line of eyelets. Thank you, Julia, for the beautiful inspiration piece!

This is really a great card. I love the dp you chose. I own this set and really wanted it when I bought it, but I have a hard time using it. You've given me inspiration by showing what it is capable of.
