FS22 - Welcome little one

Today's challenge was to CASE a card from featured stamper Charmwarm. Charmaine has many wonderful cards in her gallery!

I chose this one: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...p;ppuser=11637

I changed the colors and the stamps but pretty much stayed with her sketch.

I doodled around the scalloped oval and used scallop scissors to cut out the larger oval. I put the oval and circles up on foam adhesives.
