The background was done in the watercolor technique where you get the CS all wet and stamp away. Also did some direct to paper to it and added some blue splats while it was still wet.
The center part was done with address labels, sponging and direct to paper where used to color them. Stamped, embossed, then mounted.
The ribbon buckle is 2 pieces of metal scrap my DH liberated from a scrap dock (I have a ton of them and never knew what to do with them until I was inspired yesterday).
The charm is the heart from mini messages embossed in silver ep, layered 4 times. silver eyelet was set and trimmed out.

Thank You for sharing this background technique, I haven't seen it yet!!! This card flows so nicely and the buckle is good too, nice that you have a DH that saves stuff!
