I almost gave up on reverse stamping. I've tried the acetate and even bought a smooth rubber surface for the mirror image. Each time I tried, it did not come out clearly. Well the other day, I figured out another way. Stamp the image onto white computer paper, trace on the back with black and there's my reverse image. Then my brain thought of juicy inks. So I tried the reverse stamping with my juiciest inks and the smooth rubber stamp for mirror images. It worked!
This card is for my future DH. His job will be sending him overseas, so my visit in N.Y. was cut short. I will be heading home after this weekend. We have had a long distance relationship for the past year, which has been tough. But we make it work. I make him cards and surprise him by sticking them in his suitcase. He takes them all with him when he travels. So I try not to make so many, because he'll need just one suitcase to carry them all at my rate!
Oh, so much info... I must be missing my friends and family back home!
