| | I have been wanting to try the shaving cream technique for a while now and so on the weekend I just bit the bullet and tried it. I only have 3 reinkers, Cranberry Crisp True thyme and the gold. I didn't use the gold since I didn't want it to look too "Christmas-y" I used True thyme as the card base and Very vanilla as the base for my shaving cream. I loved how this part turned out. What I don't like is that I decided to put microbeads on my flowers and now I find that that portion is looking very yellow compared to the very vanilla sentiment portion *sigh* Oh well..still not too bad I guess. TFL!
EDITED: As requested..I added the product I used to stick the beads on. For those who don't know what this is, even though it is called "tape" it comes in sheets that you cut down. Thanks everyone for your encouraging comments!! |
