I've had so many requests for a template and instructions, so I took the time to make one up today. Once you get the holder together, take a strip of cs to make the belt. Just wrap the belt around and hand crease it. I snailed the belt together in the front so when I put my golf ball and tee on, it hid the seam of the belt. The golf ball is made with a 1 1/4" circle punch. I punched out 1 layer in natural white and 1 layer in very vanilla. I used a 1/8" hole punch to punch lots of holes in the naturals white. I layered the white over the vanilla to give it a 3-D effect and make the ball look like it has those golf ball dimples.

Thank you so much for posting this pattern. I was one of the many that wanted the pattern. Sure glad this was one of the days I managed to make it to this site. The way you made the golf ball is brillant. Linda
