I was trying to come up with a card to use at Hostess Club next week that would use up one last piece of Sweet Shop Ribbon. I had exactly 3" for each person -- generous, huh???? LOL!!! I am usually quite generous with my ribbon, but this is all I had, so I'll have to make due.
I started playing, and ended up *playing house* -- and did I have fun!!! Can you see my green tablecloth, with lavender doily, right in front of the window with red brocade curtains? And its a bright sunny day outside!!!
The doily is the large oval punch trimmed up with the Signo White Gel Pen and edges dtp'd with white craft.
The curtain valance is the small tag punch.
The vase is rose red ink stamped on the rose red DP, cut out and mounted on dimensionals.
When I stamped my stems/leaves, I got a little hickey so I had to draw in more leaves to cover it up.
And, last but not least, my 3" of ribbon on the neck of the vase.
All products used by SU.
Just Edited to Change the Pic. Old pic has no words -- new pic has Happiness up the right side. Like it better now. Sometimes it takes a while for the edited pic to catch up and show.
Editing again: An after thought -- I should have put grid lines in the window to create 4 window panes -- it would have look so much more like a window -- if anyone tries this, do that -- it would be so much cuter!!! I always think of these things once it's too late!!!
