BS-SC129 Groovy Tea & Friends

This is another card for todays challenge. This is made for a friend who likes tea... For this card, I did another banded card except a little smaller (4.25x4) and the band is going vertical instead of horizontal. The back of the band is connected by eyelets and ribbon. The scalloped circle sits off to the side attached to the band with dimensionals. The sentiment is also on dimensionals and was stamped with Soft Sky and Groovy Guava to give it a shadow. TFL!!
