Here's my card for the Limited Supply Challenge (120) - to use patriotic colours to make a card.
There are a bunch of little girls in my DD's class having birthdays soon, so I thought I would make a birthday card for this challenge. The Canadian flag is red and white, so that took care of the colour scheme. I had a few false starts with the focal image (started off trying to use a letter from A is for Adorable, but it wouldn't emboss nicely and the plain ink looked too flat on this card). I tried the cake from Favorite Teddybear and it was ok here I think. It's heat embossed for alittle dimension.
I think a little girl would like this, especially since I was into Please Mum (a children's clothing store) and they had a line of clothes that was Real Red and big white polka dots.
