I just melted a bag of chocolate chips and added a tsp or two of shortening to make the chocolate smooth and glossy, dipped the spoons and cooled on waxed paper lined baking sheet, sprinkled with chopped up candy canes, popped them in the fridge for a bit. They fit great in SU small flat cello bags ... tied with SU red/white gingham ribbon.
They were fun to make and our kids sold them at thier holiday
