I had tons of fun making this card! Woo-hoo! I chose to do the shaving cream technique on my background and used the Not Quite Navy and Old Olive colors on Very Vanilla cardstock. Cut into one inch squares and adhered to cardstock. Pressed it into versamark and embossed with glassy glaze. I used my reinkers and blender pens to color the fish and cut him out. I used my versamark pen to highlight certain areas of the fish and embossed with iridescent ice. The fish is popped up on dimensionals. I didn't want to detract too much from the faux tile, so I made a small sentiment tag to tie to the gold cord. TFL!

This is absolutely gorgeous! I love the shaving cream bg. The colors you used turned out really great. Love the fish and the tag tied to the ribbon. You did a fantastic job on this.
