Basically I just used three SU square vanilla envelopes (approx 3x3) tucked the flap in, stamped them, ran them through a crimper, and adhered them to cardstock that was cut 3 1/2 by 4 inches.
I had scored the cardstock at 1/2 inch (so the book would open nicely) Attached the pages with three brads in the 1/2 inch scored section. Made three tags to go in the pockets.
The color blue bayou and stamp set Baroque Motiff will be available in the new SU catty on July 1 - the other stamp set I used was the Paisley background. On the first envelope I stamped the center, masked it with a piece of post it note then stamped the background. and removed the post it note. On the second envelope I stamped just the paisley and on the third I stamped another Baroque Motiff stamp.
Hope you can understand that rambling explanation - it was quick and easy.
