These cards are all 4.25 square. I made up a small batch of the kitty with the umbrella cards, and in order to finish up the piece of 12x12 patterned paper I made a few more cards with the same layout and general supplies.
Cat card: dotted the scallops with Perfect Paint in pearl. Inked up cat, scarf, and umbrella in black pigment ink and the hearts in Warm Red fluid chalk ink and stamped in the middle of the white punched circle. The wrought-iron-looking border is actually a flower stem from one of my ScrapTrends sets; I stamped the leaves around the edges and left the stem off the paper. Small circle says "It's raining love and birthday wishes," stamped in Warm Red fluid chalk ink. The small circle was made using the Creative Memories dual circle punch.
Flower card: Punched out white circle, doodled around the edges in bright pink gelly glaze pen, and mounted the flower to the circle with a crystal brad. Mounted that on a blue Giga scalloped circle. Stamped "you're SPECIAL" in pink pigment ink onto white CS and punched that out with McGill's retro word box punch. I mounted the sentiment to the patterned paper using two smaller clear crystal brads.
Pirate card: Punched circle out of white cardstock, stamped pirate ship in black pigment ink and doodled around the edge of the circle in black, to try and look like the markings on a pirate's map. Mounted that onto a crimped Giga scallop punched piece of blue cs and layered that on the patterned paper background. Stamped "Shiver me timbers! It be yer birthday!" in black pigment ink under the ship, then hand-drew a frame around it all to put more emphasis on the sentiment.
Thanks for looking!
