My 1st card (5 1/4" square) card with my new Basic Grey Stella Ruby DP from Jacksonbelle Embellishments. I have become enamored by this gorgeous paper, since leslierich began her Stella Ruby Tuesday's on her incredible blog. You must check out Leslie's gorgeous creations. As you can see, the paper is just too beautiful to cover up.......so I left mostly as is. The larger card format, which opens from the top shows off even more of the design. Hope you enjoy as much as I enjoyed creating this very simple design. Thanks Leslie and Lindsey. Enjoy.....

Beautiful job. You're right....it's too pretty to cover up. I actually took a couple different pieces of Stella Ruby and put them in scrapbook frames and hung in my craft room as art.

Beautiful! I love this paper too...and when I was cutting it up to use..it actually made me sad. How lovely to use it as the main event of a card...Wonderful!

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.

That really is beautiful paper! Love the square format to show it off. I've been trying to resist, but as you say, Leslie's Stella Ruby Tuesdays are making it very difficult. TFS. Linda

This is really beautiful! The way you cut out the piece of DP, along with the little bit of embossing embellishment and the ribbons are wonderful. The friendship sentiment and the color you used are just perfect--a very, very nice card!!
