This is for a birthday gift who is always commenting on my monogram card and creations.
I created the flowers with my Lasting Impressions brass template and LI patterned paper. I sandwiched a floral wire between the flower and white paper cut out just a wee bit bigger than the colored flower. I punched some circles in solid colors to create the centers. I then did something that was a bit painful - I broke up a brand new clear acrylic alphabet set from A Muse. I punched out the clear protector the same size as the flower center and stuck the letters for her family (M, P, K, S, E) on each flower. I used removable adhesive dots to fix the stamps to the flowers. The mini pot is my card with my well wishes on the backside.
Each pot was spray painted with black chalkboard paint. I used green spanish moss to fill the pots and stuck in some ink "tear drops" in the pot to look like leaves and give her something to stamp with. The remaining stamps are also part of the gift.
I have to say this one came out better than I imagined...I often have this pictures in my head of what I want it to look like and it isn't often that it actually works out in real life.
