These were last minute teacher gifts I made this morning in 2 hours..I stamped the images with Black Stazon on both the tiles and coasters. I colored the school house with sharpies. The sky is colored with a light blue highlighter, and the grass is sponged stamped with a green ink pad. The sponged stamped the clouds using my White Pigment Ink. I had this red self-adhesive felt that I had in the boys craft bin, so I cut the size to fit the coaster and attached to the back. I sprayed a clear sealant on and let dry for 10 minutes. The kids signed their name, school, teacher's name, and year on the back.
The also stamped the magnets with Black Stazon and colored with sharpies. I hot glued a round magnet to the back. I colored the outer edge of the tile with a black sharpie too. It was also sprayed with a clear sealant. The kids also signed their name, school, teacher's name, and year on the back.
Their teachers loved these as gifts. You can view the other items that go along with the lady bug magnet in my gallery made by my kids.
I got both of these tiles from Lowes. The coaster tile is a tumbled tile and the magnets has a matte finish.
TFL!

Oops! That's what you get when I type to fast and not paying attention to what I'm typing..."I sponged stamped...." and "I also stamped the magnets..." is what I meant to say.
