This card consisted of a few new techniques for me. First was faux metal which I did with the sentiment stamp. Next I stamped and embossed the Wild Hearts background onto a plain white sheet in silver. After I heat set it, I stamped my silver pigment ink pad all over it and used my finger to smooth in any gaps until the card was completely covered. Then I used red, green and blue re-inkers and blended the individual colors into the silver with my finger (which was a mistake as it stained my finger -- but on a side note: stampin' mist works on fingers). Then I buffed all the remaining excess ink off and finished my card.
All in all, I really like the metallic iridescence effect. TFL!
