 | | I made this for a previous Sketch Challenge. Stamped the bear in Close to Cocoa and cut it out. Colored the center images with pencils and Gamsol. Stamped the HB in Brilliant Blue and used Versa Mark for the BG with the confetti stamp. Distressed both the center and sentiment with brilliant blue and tied hemp around the bears arm and attached it to the bottom of the balloon. The bearis pop dotted and HB is stapped in BB and matted on orange (shows up begie on scan). I know the rule is no more than 3 colors but I love colorful images so I broke that rule this time.
