Bird Notes and Cherubs Clear Stamp Sets, Patterned Papers from the Classic and Radiant Paper Pads all by Crafty Secrets; Colorbox Fluid Chalk Ink in Cark Brown; Slit Punch by Stampin' Up!; Mulberry Paper Flowers by Prima; Pink Rhinestones by Heidi Swapp; Velvet Ribbon by May Arts; Foam Mounting Tape
This card is inspired by one I did for the Dirty Dozen Gallery a month or so ago, and I loved it so much I wanted to create another version of it. (Splitcoaststampers Fan Club Members can click HERE, to see the original design)
The stamping is very simple, and there was no coloring, altho if I were to re-create this design, I might try coloring the bird in softly with some colored pencils--for a subtle touch of additional color?
The photo corner in the upper right was doing by using Amy Rysavy's SCS Photo Corner Tutorial to guide me. The photo corner helps counter-balance the weight of the "You make my heart sing" on the lower left. The floral scalloped border was created by using Stampin' Up!'s slit punch. Flip the punch upside down so you're looking through it from the bottom; this will help you align the punch alongside the previous punch out, as you work your way from one side of the card stock to the other. Begin at one end, and punch consecutively along the edge until the scallop strip simply falls away, and trim to fit the length of your card. Easy, cheesy, lemon squeezy! *wink* You could also achieve the same results using the Making Memories Ribbon Slot Punch. I have both, but, used the one that was within easiest reach at the time. LOL!

I loved your first version for the DD Gallery and I love this one too. The sentiment and photo corners are perfect touches. You have such an eye for detail! I Made a version of your other card for TLC117 this week. My card pales in comparison to your work, but I was very inspired by your bird/flourish card and now this one too!
