These are sample pages from an 8x8 scrapbook/ABC book I made for one of my nephew's. His mother, a VERY creative, crafty person made similar books for her 3 oldest kids, but now, as a mother to SIX, she no longer has time to scrapbook . . . or to do anything else for that matter! So, I promised Jack (5 today!) and George (4 next month) to make them their very own books (just like the big kids) for their birthdays. To see their little eyes light up, you would have thought I had told them I was taking them to Disney!
Any way, I'm no scrapbooker. I like to make cards -- quick, simple cards. These books have been true labors of love! Lots of cursing, but love all the same! 38 pages, including title pages and photo collage on back page (several letters get double spreads).
All paper is SU. 8x8 WW base with various colors, mainly bright used for matting. I have several cuttlebug & sizzix die cuts and have purchased stickers and other embellishments from just about every company out there!

You are such a great Aunt! This book will be treasured forever! I think every child should have a book like this! I made a similar book for my Kindergarten class one year and they loved it! (Plus it is a great learning tool!) You did a great job! I love all the stickers and diecuts you used as well. Even your wording is fabulous! Thanks for sharing!
