I did the background for this card a while ago... was inspired to finish it today. Just wanted to thank propecia for the ribbon idea! Thank You!
Like on my other watercolor backgrounds, I soaked a piece of Naturals white CS in water, but this time I ran my More Mustard stamp pad over it (direct to paper), stamped the hearts and added brocade blue splaters (dunno if you can see in scan) and let dry.
The heart in the center was done in watercolor pencils and pastels (To give the color Pop!) and the "Love" in the corner was done with versamark and pastels.

I love this! I would never be able to do this as I have issues with symetry (in my own work), but love the look when other people create this way. The colors are great.
