This image is a rak from Judy which is stamped on regular white cardstock and I sprayed with Krylon sealer so I could water color using water and artist brush with re inkers. The sky is sponged on using my hand made cloud template.
The large scallop is done with the Stampin Up slit punch, and the smaller with Fiskars scallop scissors. The flowers are punched after I punched and center hole and lined it up.
To tone down the white layer I inked up the Linen image, stamped it off then stamped my panel using the finger walking technique so it wouldnÂ’t touch everywhere.
The large oval is punch through the first two layers so the blue is showing through, the hello stamped oval is the scrap of the first punchÂ…stick just the edge to a post it note so you have enough paper to hang onto, but then you could punch it first if you think of it! I used a punched oval to mark my spot on the panel; just a light mark on four sides for lining up the large punch.
