SC124 S.O'Hara Waistline

My loose intreptation of today's Sketch Challenge. When I first saw the sketch I thought it looked like a dress on it's side. If you think "Scarlett O'Hara Waistline" (I think hers was 18 inches), you'll see where my mind was.

I hope the BIG bow counts as the #3 piece. If not, I'll disqualify myself from the challenge (but it was fun, anyway!)
