The "E" is cut from Chipboard using the Cricut and Base Camp. I cut it at 4.5" and used the real size setting. I used 2 layers of ChipBoard and one SB paper, for added dimension. The tag and NOTES alphabet are from Red Tag Sale (Cuttlebug Dies). The paper is from Heidi Grace.

I love this. I did one with crosstitch for my daughter with phone number and stuff when she had my first grandchild, My grandso Adam( had to get his name in there) 13 years ago.I now have two granddaughter that would think this idea wwas really special. I have a 5x12 inch size that I am going to make for lists....Emergency numbers, thought of the Day, Medication Schedule...etc. and will have a preprinted sheet for the inside so the info and details can be written on the outside and then erased when needed.
I have an Adam too...Father of my first grandchild, Emily...hehe
