Thanks for all your comments! I'm sure the instructions are on SCS somewhere, but here's the short version.
Using a no-sharp edge can opener, open the can from the bottom. Empty contents and wash. Fill can with candies or whatever else, seal bottom with Crystal Effects. Embellish can with papers and ribbons (use sticky strip). Cut a card stock circle for the top and punch out a notch using a 1 1/4 inch circle punch. Slip circle under the tab.

Your pop-top can stands out, eye catching, a beauty. I tried some and had wonderful results. I cut out an opening for the pull tab by using our � inch circle punch right on the edge of the cut out DP circle. You just push it in place and it fits like a glove hiding all the top of the can. inky dinky
