To make my cuts I printed out the attachment for the sketch challenge and used it for my template. Save the attachment to your computer, and print it out through your photo program and it should be an exact card measurement. The black around my image panel is 2 1/8” by 2 3/8”.
The turtle is on regular cardstock which I sprayed with Krylon acrylic sealer to make it accept water without warping. A tip I picked up here at SCS from stampin8mom and it comes in so handy!
All edges except black are ink distressed. The tabs are circles folded in half. I lightly sanded the embossed panel to give the swirls a lighter color. I like the out of the box technique for the balloon to keep the panel size smaller.
