Pins I made for Christmas gifts. I used the Petal Point Chalk Inks (Earths/Regals). For the background on the raspberries, I pulled the pad across the tile to get a woodgrain effect. For the background on the poinsettia, I just dabbed the ink on with my fingertip. To color in the images, I used Dove Blender pen refill tips (dry). They don't fit the blender pens I have, but they sure did come in handy for this!
I heat sealed both pins (heating in between each color) - they really are waterproof that way - I did try to rub the ink off with a wet paper towel and it wouldn't budge.
To give a glossy finish on the poinsettia, I covered with clear embossing powder.

Very nice. I'm curious what a rummikub is too? Please e-mail at [email protected]. I'd love to know where to buy those little things too. Thanks for sharing.
Happy Holidays

Rummikub is a game that uses tiles. They are usually a little bigger than dominoes. I have never seen it at W**m*rt, but I do know that Toys-r-Us carries it.
Beautiful job on these pins. They are lovely.
Merry Christmas,
Cyndi
