hopefully you can view this template, wasn't sure where to put it.
once you have cut out box (will need craft knife for part of the cutting). do the valley folds and mountain folds.
dry fit (& fold) to see if forms the box. If you have folded correctly the 'lid' should pull down on the box. (opposite side of paper forms lid). the only adhesive needed is on tab 1 & 2 and the side tabs. hope you can figure this out, it is tough to explain. thanks for looking

thanks for sharing!! I got one of these boxes for Christmas and had yet to take it apart to copy. I also found them at the dollar store. Maybe now I won't have to take it apart?!

You did a fabulous job on this! Thanks for sharing. I have some little boxes like this that I bought but have never gotten around to tearing one apart to see how they did it.
