The challenge is to use rainbow colors or images on our card. This rainbow is from an old Stampin Up scenery set and I rarely use it because to achieve this rainbow the image has to be stamped three times and itÂ’s hard to line up. So I positioned the trees on the seams of the match up.
The rainbow is stamped first using markers for color. After stamping I blend the colors with a water brush.
Next the mountains are added, then the water brush again to add the greenery background. Then the large trees are added followed by the smaller. Last the grass image is stamped on.
I gave a quick touch to blend areas with the water brush again and it gives a look of moisture hanging in the air after a rainfall. Last I sponge on the blue for the sky.
The decorative corners on the image panel are left over pieces from a larger punch. I would have done four but the timer went off as I was ready for number three. ItÂ’s just a good thing I went to the opposite corner for the second one! I like it this way!

------------------------------ Judy, aka greenstalker I wish someone would call me "ma'am" just once without adding "you are making a scene"!
