I cut one inch squares boarding in red then cutting corner to corner for the half triangles. The layer with the brads has a layer of scrape cardstock under it so the triangles tuck under and no edges are showing.
All but the red and sentiment layers are ink distressed; piercing is done on the brad layer and one little pierce on the three corners near the decorative punch out.
The small red corners are a piece normally thrown away from a punched designÂ…everything is usable!
Mini pinking scissors were used for the bottom sentiment layer.
The image is colored with re inkers, artist brush and water.
I used Stickles for the cupcakeÂ’s dots of glitter.
The brads are green before I smeared them in the VersaMark pad then in red sparkle glitter and heated; I reheated a couple times then dipped in EP for good coverage.
