You may be looking at this card wondering how that sneaker inspired THIS! I'm questioning it myself! I started off with two other stamp sets (floral) and pulled out all of the ink colors that are in that sneaker. The plan was to have a nice red flower stand out from all of the other colors, but I just couldn't get the background to work right.
So, I moved on to the Happy Birthday Greetings stamp, since I was under pressure to come up with a birthday card for a party tonight-- this is the end result. It's a far cry from the sneaker, but at least the birthday girl will have something to do now that I've made her a spinner card!
There's always next Saturday's challenge, right?
Thanks for looking!

Oops! I hit the enter button by mistake and didn't complete the information page. I don't know how else to correct that except to give the rest of the information here.
The background stamp was embossed with silver Encore ink and silver ep. I colored in parts of the words and sponged the background, which I'm now realizing looks extremely bleached out in this photo. Red micro beads were added to the center of the orange flower, which was also embossed with silver.

Fabulous! I love how you did the background - coloring in parts of the design and sponging the rest! May not match the inspiration but the card is gorgeous!
