 | | LSC113 "Make it Masculine" challenge to make a masculine card out of stamps that are not considered masculine.
Oh, what fun! I grabbed DH and told him to pick a stamp, any stamp, as long as it wasn't masculine. Actually, I had him pick 3 for me to choose from, so that I had more to work with. He randomly picked sets, and had to put a few back since they were masculine sets (ha!). The first one he chose was the row of stick figure children from Smorgasborders. *snort* He picked the two girl hedgies from "Hedgehog Happiness". Why not the boy one holding the balloon, I asked. Nope, he insisted it had to be the pair of hedgies. *Ulp* Then he grabbed Funky Favorites and pointed at the chair. He escaped to consult with his client, and I was left with a bigger challenge than Jen's!
This card is from the cats, and could be a birthday card or a father's day card. It could work in some families with little dogs stamps too!
The pawprints in circles were to cover oopsies. At first, I hand-wrote the sentiment. I know better than to do this, because it is either crooked or I make one letter wrong. I computer-generated a new sentiment, and it didn't quite cover the part where I almost ran off the page with my crooked text. A paw print covered it, and the other paw print is for the other cat. |
