I wanted to do something that looked a little industrial meets feminine. So I saw this cool paper in my Pocket full of Posies mat stack that looked kind of steely but with feminine colors, so I added the antique photo Ranger Rick to grunge it up a bit and added all of the holes for a rotted tin look. I also grunged up the ribbon with some white ink, but you can't see it :(

Love this! How in the world did you keep the ink on just the raised letters? (Please share!!) Awesome effect. And the piercing is a fantastic embellishment. TFS

Sorry I wasn't clear! I dabbed the ranger rick ink onto a cd as my pallette and then used my blender pens to paint it on. It worked great. I decided to let it dry and give it a second coat to make it darker.
