I think this card really does have potential. But... Since todays Limited supply challenge Forums at Splitcoaststampers
was to complete a cutesy creature card in 45 minutes. I just ran out of time. No time to color the chicken. and I lost the piece of ribbon that I started with so used a different patterned one, and I like that. I also couldn't find the scrap of TT and just grabbed the Artichoke because it took less time. lol I just can't make a card in 45 minutes but I just needed to try today. So I am going to go back now and paper piece the chicken and add some doodles or something and try to lift the pieces back up and distress the edges. I think I will upload my 'NEW card too. But I really need to clean up the mess I just made because I didn't take time to put anything away.
O.K. here is the revised card. I like it a lot better now! More for the LSC112 by golly at Splitcoaststampers.

But you DID make a card in less than 45 minutes and its really darling. Love the papers and that ribbon just goes perfectly with everything. It will be fun to see your card revisited, too. (I have been thinking the same thing with mine. I always sponge and faux stitch and distress, etc. but didn't have the time with this challenge and have been SO tempted to 'complete' my card, too.)

You may have run out of time to color in the chicken - but I think it looks like a pencil sketch of the chicken and in keeping with the rest of the "rustic" look of the card!!
Nice job!!
