I stamped the oval with teal (one off) underneath this little gal and sponged the key tag with teal. Then I highlighted her coat, umbrella, boots and the edges of the key tag with stickles. It looks so cool and sparkly in real life. I like to think it looks "rained on" and the dots on the patterned paper are rain drops/puddles. Not that I had that intention to start out with, it's what my architect husband calls PDR (post-design rationalization).
