Very cute! I have instructions for a waterfall card but with only three panels. I'll have to see if I can find info to make one like yours with four panels! This is the cutest thing!!!

Fantastic waterfall! I don't like the way they tend to be disjointed (don't know the right way to describe it), but the flowers and dots would make cascading flowers to help tie the pages together. Thanks for sharing!

Great job - I love how it actually tells a story and the sentiment is on the pull. I also like the ticket punches at the end of the pull down part of the card to accent it.
