Congratulations card for the second of my grad student cohort to finish up. I won't be done until August, but it is fantastic to see a few of us finishing up 'on time'.
I wanted this fishy congratulations card to feature a lot of circles. Well I don't have punches so I was scratching my head for a good 15-20 minutes. Then as I was chatting with tashers, I realized I not only have the smallish circles from Delight in Life but I also have a single circle stamp from Shapes and Shadows. Duh moment. So I used those and some blue gel pens to create bubbles rising to the surface of water as best as I could. I had one blue circle cutout still so I edged it with white ink and stamped the phrase on it. The fishy image is on some blue paper on chipboard. Coloured it in with some pencil crayons. I also added some rhinestones for bubbles and some blue ribbon on the chipboard tag.
