I needed a card for my friend who sells mortgages, she wants some cards to give to her clients. I thought I would try this sketch for her card. I made this REALLY simple so I can make lots of them easily. Not many layers or complications! Stamp from the dollar bin at Michael's! TFL.

Nicely done. I am putting it in my favorites - I like the look with the wider white border. I always try to cover almost all the white, and this is such a pretty look. TFS
