This is a card of firsts for me! First time to ever sew with a sewing machine on paper, and the first time to use a wheel stamp. I've had my sewing machine in my studio for months now, but was too intimidated to actually use it until I read Julia Stainton's tutorial (located on her blog, Belle Papier at Blogs at Splitcoaststampers. Thanks to Julia's fantastic directions, you'll probably see lots of machine stitching all over my stuff (at least for a week or two until I'm on to the next new-to-me thing!). The jumbo wheel stamp -- well, I thought this clothes line was just the cutest thing in the catalog, and I still do. Love that bunny hanging by his ear.
The image is colored in with Prismas & Gamsol, and the fab dp is by Daisy D's. The hearts are Heidi Grace Fasteners. The sentiment is from the Petals & Paisleys set. Do let me know if you are personally able to find joy in laundry. If I could figure out how to do that, I would be one happy-go-lucky lady!

That is a GREAT card! I agree that that wheel is WAY cute! I've also been perplexed by that "find joy" stamp. while I love the idea of it....I personally feel like I can't send it on a card for fear the recipient would think I'm calling her petty or ungrateful. LOL!
However, you have found the PERFECT way to use it! I LOVE IT!!!!
And yes...when I was washing cute little baby clothes, I found joy in it all the time. Now that they items are large and sweaty, not so fun! LOL! (3 active boys, ages 10, 12, and 13)
Thanks for sharing your card!

This is far to cute for words. I have always loved that wheel as well and keep putting off buying it. But NOW that I see your awesome card I have an idea for a 'name frame' of sorts for the laundry room???? Beautiful... thank you so much for sharing. And ya know... I NEVER noticed that bunny... oh my gosh... how terribly adorable!!! Consider it CASED and favorited!

This is super cute! Beautiful colors! And PaperJody is right about this being a perfect use of the "Find joy in the little things" sentiment. This is one for my favorites folder!
