I combined two challenges -- CC108 and TLC110. I was pretty pleased with the results of the faux shaving cream technique until I asked my DH to photograph my card. He informed me that the itty bitty background stamp I used to create the mottled look on the print pattern looked like microscopic intestinal parasites! Men!! Please tell me it doesn't before I mail Daven this card. Do you think I better make a backup card?

LOL! I love the way it turned out, but I have to somewhat agree with your hubby. I scrapped about 10 different tries at that technique yesterday simply because I thought it looked like some sort of parasitic worm! I never finished the card because I just couldn't get past that.... Hahahaha! Regardless, your card turned out fantastic and is very eye-catching. No need to make another one; this one is PERFECT!

I think this is a wonderful card. I like how you used the colors from the challenge and your technique looks great. Tell your DH (lovingly) that he needs to step back and look at the whole card just like looking at a painting. Don't pay so much attention to every brush stroke!!! At least he pays attention to your work though! That's so sweet!
