Once again, I'll compliment you on a lovely recipe card--I'm sure when all your pages are compiled they make a truly great recipe book. I wish I could read the recipe--it's something I'd like to make!

So sorry that the scan is so small and makes the print hard to read. Here is the recipe
Shrimp with Artichokes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 tablespoons dried red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (14-oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high
heat.
Add shrimp, pepper flakes, and garlic; saut
3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; cook 3
minutes, stirring frequently, or until shrimp are
done and mixture is thoroughly heated.

Willow01--that is how I always serve it (because I just LOVE pasta) but my mom never does and it is originally from her. I guess it just depends on your preference.
