You can't tell from the blurry photo but the background is made with the Rough Texture wheel and embossed with Iridescent Ice emb. powder. I also used the II emb powder on each snowflake, edges of the blue mat and the silver brad. It is much nicer in person. The idea of punching out the center of the Riveting stamp and knotting the ribbon in the center was inspired by many here on SCS.

As you say, the card is probably much more "sparkly" IRL, but the picture is pretty, too. I love the idea of knotting the ribbon inside the Riveting punchout, but keep forgetting to use it! Thanks for the reminder.
