Hi, After much technical difficulty, I can reply online - sorry for the delay. I held the heat gun near the foam, moving in a swirling motion for about 8 seconds. Then I simply held the stamp on that section of the foam, left it there for a few seconds. That was all. Some have had issues with too much heat, and "burning the foam" but 8 secs worked for me. ALso, others use StayZon ink on their stamp to give more definition.
