To me, Crimped Lunch Sacks are the ultimate make & take, whenever you're teaching someone one-on-one. Like at this vendor fair that I did this weekend. Lunch sacks are so cheap at a discount store, so it's not scary for them to stamp on. But the experience shows the MAGIC of stamping and how you can dress up this plain jane item, into something really beautiful. Esp. when you crimp it when you're finished stamping -- it looks and feels so pretty and special.
You can stamp the first side -- then they stamp the second side. With Roses in Winter they get lots of chances to get it right! 3 or 4 roses on each side. I also taught them how, with the foliage stamp, you get the dark olive color first, then stamp off for the lighter shades.
I let them stamp a little card too so I could talk about the matching cardstock color. I tie the ribbon in such a way that it makes a handle, so you can put some cookies in it and hang it on your neighbor's doorknob, or the chair of a coworker, etc. -- what a lovely, inexpensive way to brighten someone's day.
