This is for Featured Stamper 04 challenge. Atomicbutterly is one of my favorite stampers and I was thrilled that Beth chose her for us today. I chose her card with Touch of Nature Gallery at Splitcoaststampers. I enjoyed using this same set last week and was inspired by Kelly's beautiful card to use it again. I changed the colors from her Kraft and Thyme to Chocolate Chip and Really Rust. I used waterc olor paper for my main image. I put a little corner tie across the top of the card instead of tying a tag tie. I used a baggie of rice pounced on the ink pad and then pounced on the rust and chocolate chip layer to creat a muted bg. I don't know if it shows on the scan. I ran my Well Worn Words layer across the rust pad to add just a little carry over of color from the rust layer and to age just a touch. I sponged More Mustard on the bird image to highlight and I added a little rust by using my wonderful and trusty little IBB stamp. I wanted that rust to follow from layer to layer.

So very pretty! Like everything about it. The highlighting behind the bird is beautiful. Looks like the sun is shining in the background. Lovely, Miss Kittie!

Another beauty. I hadn't seen any of your posts lately and have "missed you". Perhaps I have just missed seeing your recent posts. You have such a flair and gift for color and balance. Lovely as usual.
