when i was playing around with images to create the focal piece, i embossed the bold butterfly in white over the not quite navy outline. this seemed too stark, so i added the doodles with a gel pen, and softened the white butterfly with some gable green pastel.
the chipboard diamonds "made" my card; i have always wondered what on earth i would end up using them on - i just couldn't envision anything. so i had most of this card done and was sorting through my chipboard pieces to see if there were any i could use on my card, and what did i come across? those tiny little diamonds; they were PERFECT! thus ends the saga of this card...
